董维冲，女，中国党员，副主任药师，副教授。2014年硕士毕业于河北医科大学，并于同年8月入职河北医科大学第二医院药学部工作至今。2023年博士毕业于河北医科大学，药物分析专业。2023年10月至2025年10月于南开大学医国际娱乐城 从事博士后研究。研究方向为治疗药物监测，游离血药浓度分析方法的建立，个体化给药方案的设计与研究。现主持河北省自然科学基金1项、河北省医学适用技术跟踪项目1项,，已主持完成河北省科技厅重点研发计划项目1项、吴阶平医学基金会临床科研专项资助基金。另作为第二主研人参与国家自然科学基金、河北省自然科学基金各1项。获河北省医学科技奖一等奖2项。
