刘秀菊，女，中共党员，主任药师。1996年毕业于河北科技大学，并于同年7月入职河北医科大学第二医院，2012年研究生毕业于河北医科大学。研究方向为循证药学，临床试验。现主持河北省科技厅课题1项、河北省卫健委课题1项。已主持完成河北省科技厅课题1项、河北省卫健委课题2项和河北省财政厅课题1项。
