王明霞，女，中共党员，教授，主任药师，博士生导师。2004年博士毕业于河北医科大学，1989入职河北医科大学第四医院。研究方向为新药I期临床研究、体内药代动力学、新药临床研究与评价、肿瘤药理学、定量药理学及药物经济学等。现主持河北省自然基金委生物医药联合基金重点项目1项、河北省卫健委课题1项。另作为项目技术负责人和子课题负责人参与完成国家“十三五”重大专项课题，重大、重点项目1项。获河北省科技进步二等奖1项、河北省科技进步三等奖2项，河北省卫生厅医学科技成果一等奖5项。
兼任中国药理学会药物临床试验专委会常委、中国药理学会定量药理学专委会常委、中国抗癌协会肿瘤临床研究管理学专委会常委兼秘书长、中国医药教育协会临床研究工作委员会副主任委员、中国抗癌协会医学伦理学专委会委员、河北省药理学会副理事长、河北省药物与卫生技术综合评估学会副理事长、河北省抗癌协会肿瘤药物临床研究专委会主任委员、河北省药理学会定量药理学专委会主任委员等。
