李德强，男，中共党员，主任药师/博士。2008年硕士毕业于河北医科大学，2013年博士毕业于澳门大学，2014年1月入职河北医科大学第二医院。研究方向为中药活性成分的快速辨识、质量控制与作用机制研究。现主持河北省自然科学基金中医药联合基金1项、河北省卫健委课题1项。已主持完成国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，河北省自然科学基金2项，河北省科技厅生物医药重点研发项目1项。另作为主研人参加国家自然科学基金1项。以第一主研人获河北省科学技术进步二等奖、河北中医药学会科学技术一等奖各1项。
