靳怡然，男，中共党员，主任药师。1998年本科毕业于河北医科大学，2019年博士毕业于河北医科大学，1998年7月入职河北医科大学第二医院。研究方向为医院药学，中药质量控制与药效物质基础研究。现主持河北省中医药管理局课题1项、白求恩公益基金会课题1项。另作为主研人参加国家自然科学基金、河北省自然科学基金各1项。
